Summer at Penn Cove Ranch

There’s a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow, right? …right?!

Dad sent me these photos. The plants on the western part of the property are really maturing. The color seems more intense this year too - a deeper shade of purple. On a different note, the new still arrives on Monday. We’re very close to harvest time!

In early May, part of the family gathered at the Ranch to discuss the upcoming harvest and our goals for the summer. We had a very successful and productive weekend. In fact, it was so productive that Teresa and Dad had time to lounge in the spring sun!
